These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 2jybet ("2jybet", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 2jybet website located at 2jybet.net, including all associated services, games, betting products, promotions, and support channels (collectively, the "Platform"). 2. Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 The 2jybet Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

2.2 2jybet reserves the right to request proof of age at any point during the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or during account review. Acceptable documents include:

• Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC)
• Valid Pakistani passport
• Any other government-issued photo identification bearing date of birth

2.3 Accounts where the user cannot confirm their age upon request will be suspended until satisfactory documentation is provided. Any funds in a suspended account pending age verification will remain on hold during the review period.

2.4 If it is established at any point that a user was under 21 years of age at the time of registration or any subsequent transaction, 2jybet will close the account, void all bets placed during the underage period, and may withhold deposited funds pending investigation in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

2.5 You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems may not register accounts on 2jybet.

2.6 You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have been voluntarily excluded from gambling services. By registering, you confirm that no such restriction applies to you.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 To access the full range of 2jybet services, you must complete the registration process and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate.

3.2 Each user may hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using fictitious identities, shared devices, shared payment methods, or any other means to circumvent this restriction — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 2jybet login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 2jybet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

3.5 2jybet reserves the right to require additional verification at any stage, including Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation such as proof of identity, proof of address, and source of funds declarations, in accordance with applicable regulatory obligations.

3.6 Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 2jybet will notify the account holder prior to applying any dormancy policy and will provide a reasonable opportunity to reactivate the account.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Wallets

4.1 All 2jybet accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through the following supported payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

4.2 You may only deposit funds from payment accounts or instruments that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 2jybet reserves the right to return funds that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder.

4.3 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the 2jybet account dashboard at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.

4.4 Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes displayed in the account section at the time of request. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any outstanding verification requirements.

4.5 Before a withdrawal is processed, 2jybet may require the account holder to complete identity verification (KYC) and confirm that all deposit wagering requirements have been satisfied. Withdrawals will not be processed until these conditions are met.

4.6 2jybet does not accept funds intended to be used for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming. Any account found to be processing funds on behalf of third parties, engaging in payment layering, or using the Platform for any money transmission purpose will be reported to relevant authorities.

4.7 Chargeback requests filed with your bank or payment provider without first attempting resolution through 2jybet support constitute a breach of these Terms. 2jybet reserves the right to suspend accounts where chargebacks have been initiated and to pursue recovery through available legal channels.

5. Betting Rules & Wagering

5.1 All bets placed on 2jybet are subject to the specific betting rules for each sport or event, as published in the Platform's help and rules section. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

5.2 A bet is accepted and becomes binding once 2jybet issues a bet confirmation reference number. Until confirmation is received, no wager should be considered placed.

5.3 2jybet reserves the right to void, suspend, or restrict any bet where:

• The odds or lines were published in error due to technical or human error
• The event has been subject to match-fixing, corruption, or irregular activity
• The bet was placed after the event outcome was already determined
• There is reasonable suspicion of collusion, syndicate activity, or irregular betting patterns

5.4 Cricket betting on 2jybet, including PSL, international Test matches, ODIs, and T20Is, is governed by the latest applicable cricket betting rules. Live betting markets may be suspended at any time during play at the discretion of the trading team.

5.5 Maximum stake limits and maximum payout caps apply to all markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement. 2jybet may impose individual account limits where betting patterns are determined to be inconsistent with recreational play.

5.6 Winnings are credited to the user's 2jybet PKR wallet following settlement of the relevant event. Settlement timelines vary by sport and market type and are provided in the Platform's rules documentation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 2jybet may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible account holders. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the promotion.

6.2 Unless stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal can be made
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount and, in some cases, to the deposit amount
• Bonuses have an expiry date; any unmet wagering requirements at expiry will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per IP address

6.3 2jybet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. This includes removing a promotion from eligible players where abuse or misuse is suspected.

6.4 Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using arbitrage strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account termination and bonus forfeiture.

6.5 Cash deposits and cash winnings (non-bonus) are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn subject to standard KYC and identity verification requirements.

7. Casino & Games

7.1 The 2jybet casino library includes live dealer games, RNG slot titles, specialty games (including Insect Master and Ocean King Jackpot), and other games made available from time to time. All games are provided by certified third-party software suppliers and operate on verified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems.

7.2 Game results are determined by certified RNG systems and are final. Technical malfunctions, disconnections, or interruptions during a game round will be handled in accordance with the relevant game provider's rules. Where the outcome cannot be determined due to a technical fault, the relevant stake may be returned at 2jybet's discretion.

7.3 Progressive jackpot amounts displayed on the Platform are indicative and subject to verification at the time of claim. In the event of a display error, the verified jackpot amount at the time of win shall be the authoritative figure.

7.4 2jybet reserves the right to add, remove, or modify any game at any time without prior notice. Removal of a game does not affect the validity of bets placed prior to its removal.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 2jybet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control of their gambling activity. The Platform enforces a strict 21+ age policy and provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly caps on total deposits
• Session time limits — maximum session duration alerts and auto-logout
• Cooling-off periods — temporary account suspension of 24 hours to 30 days
• Self-exclusion — permanent or long-term exclusion from all 2jybet services

9. Prohibited Conduct

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2jybet Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

9.2 2jybet employs automated fraud detection, manual account review, and third-party monitoring to identify prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the above will result in immediate account suspension, balance withholding, and may result in legal action or referral to regulatory authorities.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the 2jybet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data, and the 2jybet brand — is the exclusive property of 2jybet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without the express written consent of 2jybet.

10.3 You must not use 2jybet's brand name, logos, or trademarks in any manner that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without prior written authorisation.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 The 2jybet Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 2jybet takes all reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability and data accuracy, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2jybet's aggregate liability to any user arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user to their 2jybet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 2jybet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by 2jybet's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 2jybet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected
• The account is required to be closed by applicable law or regulatory instruction
• Fraudulent, irregular, or suspicious activity has been detected
• The account holder requests permanent self-exclusion

12.2 In the event of account closure for a breach of these Terms, 2jybet reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

12.3 Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, at the user's own request or due to a regulatory change — any verified cash balance will be returned to the account holder via their last registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

12.4 You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 2jybet support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any open bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with normal settlement procedures.

13. Disputes & Governing Law

13.1 Any dispute, claim, or complaint arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 2jybet Platform should be submitted to the 2jybet support team in the first instance, using the contact details in Section 15. 2jybet will acknowledge all formal complaints within five (5) business days and aim to provide a final decision within thirty (30) days.

13.2 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Where Pakistani law applies, the courts of Pakistan shall have jurisdiction over any unresolved dispute.

13.3 2jybet's decision on all bet settlement matters, bonus eligibility, and account status determinations is final, subject to the formal complaints procedure outlined in clause 13.1.

13.4 Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Pakistani consumer protection legislation.

14. Amendments to Terms

14.1 2jybet may amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations — 2jybet will provide reasonable notice via the email address registered to your account or via an in-Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

14.2 Non-material amendments (such as clarifications, formatting changes, or corrections of typographical errors) may be made without prior notice and will take effect upon publication on this page.
